How about this! I am reporting cooperation and peace between police and the public. Wow! That mkes a change, I wish I could do that more often. A week before the start of Carnival, hundreds of police and inhabitants of Rio’s Tuiuti neighbourhood marched together through the favela on a “peace samba” parade.
