WikiLeaks has been accused of endangering troop’s live with it’s revelations. But the stark truth is – it is governments illegally invading foreign lands, such as Iraq and Afghanistan, who kill the young men in the armed forces. WikiLeaks has shown up these governments and war crimes by their armed forces, something the world’s media won’t do for fear of upsetting their political buddies. That is “why the world needs WikiLeaks”.

£20bn has been spent on military operations, aid and security for UK officials. The twenty billion pounds does not include troops salaries and care for the wounded so the final cost will be much higher. How many hospitals, schools and social housing projects would £20bn buy? These are the guilty MPs who sent our troops to their deaths in the ILLEGAL IRAQ WAR – If the are standing for re-election dump them. Vote to deprive these warmongers of a seat in OUR parliament. The Labour government under Blair engaged in an illegal war with his crazy right-wing buddy George Bush. He not only sentenced unknown thousands of Iraqis to death but also sent 179* British troops to their deaths.This just one very important reason we should be selective with our votes at this election. Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero, Prime Minister, Spain: Sharia law discriminates against women and in many ways conflicts with International human rights law. Any system law that is based on or designed to enforce obedience to religious dogma is wrong and should be resisted. The British General Election will be in May or June. Remember the war-mongers that voted to send our troops to their deaths in the illegal wars – vote them out! Remember the cheats who stole from us with phony expenses (including the Prime Minister!) – vote them out! Remember the MPs who voted our freedoms away – vote them out! Don’t you find the case of the failed ‘air bomber’ just a bit too much to swallow? The former London student, a Nigerian, is alleged to be a terrorist who got instructions from an Al Qaeda cell in Yemen. If you believe the official story that Al Qaeda used amateur pilots to steer two giant aircraft into the New York twin towers then the dispatch of this incompetent 23-year-old sent to blow up a plane with a firecracker strapped to his balls seems a a tiny bit inept. The war in Iraq was illegal so these guys have some justification for their anger. But even if the wars had been legal all war is immoral and both wars in Iraq and Afghanistan have resulted in thousands of Muslims (and I am not forgetting the thousands of soldiers from the allied forces) loosing their lives. How would we feel if the boot was on the other foot? |
