The Labour government under Blair engaged in an illegal war with his crazy right-wing buddy George Bush. He not only sentenced unknown thousands of Iraqis to death but also sent 179* British troops to their deaths.This just one very important reason we should be selective with our votes at this election. And now management want to increase the dangers more by making cuts in the name of “cost-cutting”. Obviously the rail bosses don’t give toss for their employees or the public. Time and time again the RMT is forced to take action to protect it’s members and rail customers. If you believe the official story that Al Qaeda used amateur pilots to steer two giant aircraft into the New York twin towers then the dispatch of this incompetent 23-year-old sent to blow up a plane with a firecracker strapped to his balls seems a a tiny bit inept. British police have been abusing their powers under Section 44 of the Terrorism Act 2000 and the Government wants them to carry on doing so. But even if the wars had been legal all war is immoral and both wars in Iraq and Afghanistan have resulted in thousands of Muslims (and I am not forgetting the thousands of soldiers from the allied forces) loosing their lives. How would we feel if the boot was on the other foot?
