Condoms Increases AIDS Says Pope

“You can’t resolve AIDS with the distribution of condoms … On the contrary, it increases the problem.”

That unbelievable statement was made by the Pope, a man who has influence over the lives of millions of people throughout the world. He was on his way to Africa the area of the world with the highest rate of HIV transmission.

He is a man totally out of touch with reality having taken a vow of celibacy himself he wants nothing to stop the breeding potential of his followers. This despite the risk of spreading HIV and AIDS to babies and their mothers. How cruel is that!

Some priests and nuns who actually work with the victims “question the church’s opposition to condoms amid the pandemic ravaging Africa”. There is opposition to using condoms by Africans due to lack of resources, social stigma and gender issues so health workers trying to stem the tide of this disease needed that edict like a hole in the head.

But why should we expect anything else from a man who lives a luxurious life in an “ivory tower” and out of touch with the real world.
