Police Child Abuse: Another 10-Year-Old Tasered

How “out of control” can a ten-year-old be? He was wielding a length of pipe and he threw a stick at the officers. He cornered himself so they decided to Taser him.

Capt. Jeff Teschner, of Pueblo, Colorado said that the deputies involved were justified in their use of force. So the boss backs these child abusers and in effect is saying it OK to abuse children.

Law enforcement in America is fucked-up, it’s they who are “out of control”.
