Since when has it been a capital offense to hit a police officer? An offense yes but a death sentence? In this video, police beat a teenage black girl for riding her bike on the sidewalk in Millvillle, PA. Apparently one of the officers, Carlos Drogo, maced himself while trying to take in the girl for riding her bike on the sidewalk and became angry and started punching her. “Human Rights Watch has published a report which criticises the Indian police force for the routine brutality it employs against suspects. The report says despite India’s rapidly developing economy, its police force remains behind the times. Its systems are antiquated and its officers operate above the law.” BBC Report. What ensued is just too shocking to contemplate. The police from the Etawah district of Uttar Pradesh, India, who towered over the tiny girl, beat her up.
