Sergeant Delroy (Tony) Smellie is to appear in court on November 16 charged with assault. The Crown Prosecution Service gave this statement: “The Crown Prosecution Service has decided that there is sufficient evidence to charge Police Sergeant Delroy (Tony) Smellie with the offence of assault by beating of Nicola Fisher on 2 April 2009 at a demonstration in the City of London.”

Stockton, Calfornia. Eighty One year-old Victor Schiaffini a disabled man who has suffered six strokes was forced to the ground and Tasered three times. The incident happened on July 29, 2009. Mr Schiaffini has lost the use of his left arm due the strokes and walks with the aid of a cane. Another instance of UK cops assaulting a member of the public. His initial arrest may have been justified but using the cs gas spray was not. Exactly just what this incident is about I cannot say. There is not a lot of information either on YouTube or in the comments. However, the child looks about 10-years old and it took three cops to carry out an arrest including ‘cuffing’ the little girl. That’s a massive crime these days, claiming your innocence. Any challenge to these retarded government agents is put down with fists, truncheons, batons, Tazers and guns. The CCTV footage above caught these wankers at it. The shocking video captures images of brutality by three of Wigan’s cops. They beat-up Mr Mark Aspinal in the middle of a main street. The Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC) has announced it is to launch a formal investigation into the arrest of a Nottingham man who was shot with a Taser stun gun three time and punched in the head by out-of-control cops. |
