The young child who is having a tantrum continues to act up and the cop, officer Dustin Bradshaw, is kicked. The girl is 10 remember, she is not armed but she is acting up, crying, screaming and kicking. Kids do you know. Unbelievably the mother tells the cop to Taser her.

It was probably the little girl realizing the cops were coming that calmed her down. She was sitting quietly when they arrived. So leaving the question “is it right to handcuff a child” for a moment. What the hell did these cops, including a female please note, think they were doing restraining her? |
